Ways to Get Involved with Ignite
-
Your donations help meet the everyday needs of young people experiencing housing instability and help them feel prepared, supported, and at home.
Throughout the year, Ignite welcomes new and gently used items from individuals, businesses, schools, faith communities, and other groups. You can donate items directly or organize a donation drive with your workplace or community.
Please email engage@ignitepromise.org for our most up-to-date needs list or to coordinate a donation drop-off or drive.
We regularly need:
Non-perishable food and grocery gift cards
New and gently used professional clothing for youth participating in employment programs
Cleaning supplies
New, unused hygiene products and toiletries
Home and apartment furnishings (no mattresses or large appliances)
During the winter: new socks, gloves, and hats
