Ways to Get Involved with Ignite

Throughout the year, your new and gently-used items help meet the everyday needs of youth experiencing housing instability, from clothing to bedding and everything in between.
Please email engage@ignitepromise.org for the most up-to-date donation needs list or plan a donation drop off or donation drive with your group, school, church, or place of work.
We continuously seek donations of:
Non-perishable foods and grocery gift cards
New and gently used professional clothing for our youth in our employment programs
Cleaning products
New, unused hygiene products and toiletries
Home and apartment furnishings (no mattresses or large appliances)
In the winter: new socks, new gloves, and new hats

We couldn't help our youth build their futures without dedicated volunteers. From organizing fundraisers to mentoring youth to deep cleaning and painting, Ignite hosts volunteer opportunities throughout the year for groups and individuals.

Join the Ignite Associate Board
One of the best ways to get involved with Ignite is through our Associate Board.
Join a group of young professionals who plan youth engagement activities, social events and fundraisers, and advance our mission to end youth homelessness.

Volunteer with a group!
Are you part of a group or organization that is interested in giving back to the community? Partner with Ignite to lead a volunteer project at our program sites or in your own space. Group volunteer events include gardening, kit-packing, meal-making, and organizing in-kind donation drives.
