Debi Lasswell Joins Ignite’s Board, Bringing Healthcare and Technology Expertise

Debi Lasswell, Ignite’s New Board Member

Chicago, IL—Ignite is proud to welcome Debi Lasswell, the Director of Revenue Cycle Transformation at Bluetree Network, the newest member of its Board of Directors. Debi notes, “I'm inspired by Ignite's mission and am privileged to join such a wonderful organization. Currently I work for a hospital system on the West Coast, and while I care deeply about the difference I make there, excited to participate in Ignite and make a difference in my own Chicago community. I love this city, but we have a lot of opportunities to do more for the vulnerable people in our neighborhoods and I'm eager to contribute and make a positive local impact!”  

Debi is a healthcare revenue cycle and technology expert with over fifteen years of experience in the industry. She excels at strategic improvement, project management, and relationship building, and has a proven track record of building teams and leading them to achieve exceptional performance outcomes. She is a highly collaborative servant leader dedicated to excellence and integrity in everything she does. Outside of work, Debi enjoys reading literary fiction, cooking, and playing cribbage. 

Debi’s appointment reflects Ignite’s ongoing commitment to building a diverse and dynamic board of directors, bringing together leaders from a range of industries who are passionate about creating brighter futures for young people experiencing homelessness. Her expertise in healthcare systems and strategic innovation will strengthen Ignite’s ability to expand services, deepen community partnerships, and continue advocating for the needs of youth across Chicago.
